




Job Summary: A PCP professional to manage the customer portfolio, define production schedules, support production orders, lead the S&OP process, and monitor KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Development and monitoring of KPIs for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze the customer portfolio and its delivery deadlines. * Define production schedules based on demand, production capacity, and resource availability. * Support sequencing and tracking of production orders. * Lead the weekly S\&OP process, ensuring alignment among demand, capacity, and planning. * Design, update, and monitor departmental performance indicators (KPIs), providing managerial reports and dashboards for decision-making. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Solid experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP). * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, Power Query). * BI knowledge (Power BI) for data analysis. * APICS/CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certification is desirable. * Specialized courses in PCP, Industrial Management, or Supply Chain are a plus. * Willingness to work onsite in Quatro Barras/PR.
