Job Summary: A professional to analyze and plan production and materials, manage supply flow and inventory, and propose process improvements to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Manage inventory and support internal and external departments * Position: PCP Analyst * Daily Responsibilities: Regularly review MRP to address deviations from the production plan and/or material planning, ensuring continuous supply flow and preventing stockouts. Plan maintenance for machines and equipment. Reassess planning parameters, identify issues, and propose improvements. Monitor KPIs and raise alerts when deviations from the plan occur. Master production and material planning routines to effectively propose alternatives for planning deviations. Operate the ERP system to generate procurement and production requirements. Manage raw material inventory to prevent production interruptions due to input shortages; review the material plan to avoid excess inventory. Support the sales department regarding delivery timelines. Develop procedures and work instructions. Perform weekly control of production orders (OPs). * Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; Prior experience in production planning and control, and material planning. Ability to map processes and manage demands. Knowledge of inventory analysis and management. Strong negotiation skills for timelines with suppliers and internal/external customers. Critical mindset for analyzing planning, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. Team leadership experience is desirable. * Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on profile, non-obese, analytical and planning-oriented, team player.
