Accounting Analyst

Job Summary: This Accounting Analyst will perform accounting entries, reconcile accounts, ensure compliance with regulations, and support decision-making with management reports. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial closings. 2. Supports validation of deliverables and compliance with accounting standards. 3. Generates management reports and identifies systemic improvements. Position: Accounting Analyst Responsibilities: * Perform accounting entries (manual and system integrations) * Classify and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts * Ensure adherence to the chart of accounts and applicable regulations * Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closings * Calculate financial results (Income Statement) * Analyze account variances and justify deviations * Bank reconciliation * Reconciliation of customers, suppliers, inventory, and taxes * Provision control (vacation pay, 13th salary, contingencies) * Support/validate submissions such as SPED Contábil (ECD) and ECF * Ensure compliance with accounting standards (CPC / IFRS, as applicable) * Attend internal and external audits * Prepare trial balances and financial statements * Generate management reports to support decision-making * Monitor accounting and financial indicators * Validate integrations between ERP (tax, finance, inventory) and accounting systems * Identify systemic inconsistencies and propose improvements * Support process and internal control reviews * Address requests from tax, finance, and controller departments * Advise operational areas on accounting impacts * Support accounting system configuration Differentiators (optional to include in the job posting): * Experience with Senior ERP * Knowledge of process automation and improvement * Experience with external audit * On-site cafeteria Compensation: To be agreed upon Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation voucher Compensation: R$2\.129,19 \- R$4\.776,93 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
