A professional responsible for receiving and organizing documents, scheduling appointments, drafting official documents, and managing finances, providing administrative support and customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
\- Document reception and organization: Receive, verify, and forward documents; register and file information
\- Scheduling and summoning: Schedule appointments and events, and guide participants
\- Document drafting: Draft memoranda, minutes, drafts, official letters, reports, and other official documents
\- Revenue and expense control: Monitor revenues and expenses, and issue and verify invoices
\- Customer service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers
\- Travel coordination: Organize business trips and event logistics
\- Communication\*\* Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
\- Data and information management: Collect and organize critical information
\- Meeting support: Prepare agendas and meeting rooms
\- Deadline monitoring: Track adherence to established deadlines and goals
\- Process evaluation: Evaluate and propose improvements to internal company processes
**Requirements:**
\- Completed high school education;
\- Specialized training in logistics (e.g., technical course or technological degree) is a plus.
