Monitor inventory levels and track purchase orders Copy Tec seeks a Procurement Analyst to optimize procurement, tax, logistics, and inventory operational routines, ensuring compliance, efficiency, timely delivery, and strategic support to related departments. **Responsibilities** * Conduct negotiations with suppliers (price, delivery schedule, commercial terms) for equipment, supplies, and internal-use materials. * Seek optimal conditions regarding price, delivery schedule, and quality while maintaining strong supplier relationships. * Analyze internal requisitions, issue purchase orders, and ensure on-time deliveries. * Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Track purchase orders, deliveries, freight, and logistics to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality of received materials. * Knowledge of ICMS, rate differentials, and transparent ICMS. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school (preferred: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or Accounting); * Experience: 3+ years in procurement, supply chain, or supplier management; * Technical knowledge: Procurement processes, negotiation, and inventory management; * Computer skills: Advanced Excel, data analysis, and control tools; * Ability to analyze market trends and supplier behavior; **Compensation:** * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance; * Unimed health plan (co-payment) Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary range: R$0.01 - R$0.02 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
