Document organization and deadline management Grupo Anita Shoes is looking for an organized, proactive, and communicative professional to work as a Purchasing Assistant, supporting departmental routines and contributing to the smooth execution of the company's procurement processes. Salary: R$ 2.500,00 Benefits: - Meal allowance of R$ 25.00 per working day - Transportation allowance - Health insurance (co-payment) after a 3-month probation period - Working hours: Monday to Friday — 07:30 to 17:18, with a 1-hour break. Main Responsibilities: - Entering and tracking purchase orders in the system; - Contacting suppliers for follow-up and order-related discussions; - Supporting quotation processes and delivery deadline management; - Organizing documents and digital files; - Managing supplier schedules; - Organizing display samples and departmental materials; - Handling phone calls (WhatsApp) and providing internal department support. Requirements: - Completed high school education (preferably pursuing higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields); - Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel; - Organizational skills and attention to detail; - Good communication skills and sense of urgency.
