If you enjoy challenges and want to work on a project that truly adds value to society, AZ is the place for you! **100% remote work** **Responsibilities:** * Develop and lead the implementation of complex features; * Ensure application security by applying data governance practices and complying with LGPD; * Participate in architectural decisions and continuous system improvements, designing scalable and resilient architectures, implementing multicloud strategies and design patterns; * Mentor junior developers and interns by providing technical guidance, reviewing code, and sharing best practices; * Use AI for innovation and process optimization, identifying opportunities for new features and automating tasks to improve team efficiency and add value to software development; * Manage the implementation and monitoring of non-functional requirements, optimizing system performance and enhancing user experience; * Participate in Scrum meetings and ceremonies; * Contribute to technical documentation of systems and processes, recording information clearly and systematically. * **Desirable: 2 years of experience in this role.**
