Support in standardizing project management processes Perform multidisciplinary project analysis and coordination, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations and internal standards. Responsible for managing contracted designers, monitoring schedules, and supporting the standardization of internal processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct critical analysis of multidisciplinary projects (architecture, structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards; * Coordinate projects: analyze inter-disciplinary interfaces, lead coordination meetings, and propose solutions to conflicts; * Manage contracted designers: monitor deadlines, perform measurements, adjust schedules, and ensure deliverables conform to scope; * Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to clarify doubts and implement necessary adjustments; * Support standardization of processes and best practices in project management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Experience in leading and coordinating projects; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; * Familiarity with BIMcollab is desirable. **Additional Information** Professionals Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we are proud of what we have built: projects that transform cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team that grows alongside our history.
