Job Summary: We are seeking a Helper to assist with loading, unloading, and organizing goods at the Distribution Center (DC), ensuring efficiency in logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for personal and professional growth We are looking for a responsible Helper to handle loading and unloading of goods onto and from trucks, as well as organizing goods within the DC. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers with pickups and deliveries, including loading, unloading, and organizing cargo. * Label goods collected directly from customers. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, including cross-docking operations. * Handle internally shipped goods by delivering them to respective departments and recording system updates. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the Finance Department, and register them in the system. * Support organizing goods across DC platforms and maintain clean, orderly storage areas and truck bodies. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations; use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly; safeguard company assets; and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Qualification** * Completed Elementary Education. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Meal Voucher; Food Basket; PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Career and Compensation Plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Love Pack" (maternity kit); Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
