Maintain and update customer records to support prospecting, service/product offerings, and ensure optimal utilization of daily productive hours at the Enzo Group business unit’s mechanical workshop. * Maintain and update customer records; * Contact and prospect customers; * Offer services/products; * Re-engage customers; * Support workshop appointment scheduling management; * Ensure customer-requested services are registered in the scheduling system; * Assist in organizing documents.
