All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and duties** Join our selection process for the position of **Maintenance Technician I**, performing maintenance programming activities, including: * Developing and updating the annual and monthly shutdown schedules, sending revisions to relevant stakeholders and justifying changes; * Recording executed and non-executed services—including justification for non-execution—in the minutes of the weekly planning meeting; * Coordinating weekly planning meetings to identify services scheduled for the upcoming week; * Preparing daily schedules jointly with other programmers, verifying potential interferences; * Optimizing service scheduling using resource histograms; * Confirming with Operations the availability of equipment for maintenance; * Requesting cleaning of equipment from Operations prior to maintenance; * Ensuring resources identified via labels are made available at the work site with adequate lead time. The Production Assistant supports operations in receiving, registering, controlling and distributing parts, ensuring quality and organization of processes in the production area**.** 1\. **Receiving Goods:** * Open received boxes, verify contents, weigh and sort by supplier. * Apply thousandth identification labels to packages. 2\. **Packaging:** * Deliver sorted parts to subcontractors. * Monitor the process to ensure no errors occur or defective parts are used. 3\. **Weighing Parts:** Select one part from each model, verify invoice discounts and weigh using the cost program. 4\. **Price Comparison and Definition:** * Compare parts with similar items available in stores to determine average pricing. * Forward parts and invoices for final price approval. 5\. **Product Registration:** Enter into the system the description, reference, supplier, cost and selling price of each part. 6\. **Label Generation:** Produce labels for registered parts and make them available with the packages for subcontractors. 7\. **Purchase Orders:** Record the distribution of parts among units based on quantity and percentage received per supplier. 8\. **Invoice Processing:** Process distribution invoices by supplier and unit, ensuring data accuracy according to the separation performed. 9\. **Subcontractor Management** * Recruit, select and instruct subcontractors for packaging and labeling. * Maintain control and performance evaluations of subcontractors in the internal database. 10\. **Subcontractor Monitoring:** Monitor task execution, provide guidance in case of errors and ensure correct application of labels, extenders, closures and blisters. 11\. **Warranty and Damage Control:** * Separate warranty parts, analyze reasons for exchanges and take action with supervisors. * Perform minor repairs on damaged parts when possible. 12\. **Inventory Control:** Weekly request quantities of three part models per unit to verify against the inventory system. 13\. **Warehouse Support:** Sort and send requested materials to units according to demand. 14\. **Mailbag Dispatch and Receipt:** Organize mailbag dispatch to units and perform receipt, sorting and internal rerouting of received materials. 15\. **Supervision of Production Assistant:** Supervise, delegate, monitor and direct activities to the production assistant
