Requirements: Position Description: * Create and review test scenarios using systematic techniques to ensure efficient test coverage; * Execute and guide other professionals on exploratory testing using techniques and planning to increase test coverage and detect previously unidentified defects; * Develop automated test scenarios (web, API, mobile) using an already-defined framework and evolve this framework to provide rapid feedback on system quality and prevent automation framework obsolescence; * Collect and analyze user/business metrics as well as incidents to use them in defining the test plan and as input for decision-making during development; * Review user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria and suggest improvements to identify and avoid issues in early stages, such as incomplete or inconsistent requirements; * Promote agile QA culture and practices across teams to identify problems early, prevent bugs, and reduce correction costs and time; * Understand the application architecture and its integrations to apply this knowledge in test planning and execution; * Review and suggest improvements to increase the effectiveness of unit tests by applying testing techniques and best practices; * Develop APIs or scripts (database, interface, API) containing the necessary steps to generate test data, enabling fast and automatic test execution; * Report test execution status, critical bugs, and blockers so that the entire team maintains visibility and, if needed, appropriate actions can be defined to achieve delivery goals; * Create and review Test Planning documents, conduct understanding meetings, and develop Performance Test Plans to ensure all required information has been collected and the correct test strategy has been defined; * Create and review acceptance criteria in collaboration with other squad members to ensure clarity regarding testing objectives for all stakeholders; * Obtain and review volume data by requesting it from the team holding this information, to plan performance test scenarios and types to be executed; * Create Performance Test scripts and enhance their structure using the tool selected by the project team and applying best practices to enable execution of Performance Test scenarios; * Understand the application architecture and its integrations and formulate an appropriate Performance Testing strategy to ensure that the objective defined during planning is achieved; * Monitor, analyze, and sustain a culture of excellence in team quality metrics Technical and Behavioral Requirements: * Java automation with TestNG or JUnit * API test automation with RestAssured * Zephyr Scale * Gitlab CI/CD * Mongo * Kafka; * Postman; * Solid experience with Java (Java 8\+), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security); * Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis); * Experience with microservices architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ); * Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes); * Practical experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and code versioning (Git); * Completed undergraduate degree; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Advantage: Knowledge of payroll-deductible loans or experience in financial institutions.
