Support and develop the technical team, promoting integration and recognition We are seeking a **Technical Supervisor** to lead our installation and maintenance teams, ensuring **high-quality deliveries**, **operational organization**, and **excellence in customer service**. This is a strategic role requiring field presence, process vision, and close leadership of the technical team. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and organize the weekly schedule for technical teams; * Monitor service orders, new construction projects, installation progress, and project adjustments; * Assign technician pairs based on technical profile and service requirements; * Pre-check materials, tools, and equipment for each installation; * Accompany construction projects and maintenance activities with customers, aligning expectations and correcting issues; * Support the technical team on operational queries and conduct weekly alignment meetings; * Plan schedules and integrate information with inventory and other departments; * Supervise the vehicle fleet (cleaning, maintenance, water and oil control); * Monitor team behavior, punctuality, and organization; * Act preventively to avoid rework; * Propose continuous improvements to internal processes; * Manage tools and ensure equipment organization and maintenance; * Promote team integration and recognition for deliveries and results. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience supervising technical teams, installations, and/or maintenance activities; * Experience managing intensive operational routines and system-based controls; * Confidentiality and responsibility regarding customer and employee information. **Desired Knowledge** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite; * Operational control systems; * Team management and equipment maintenance techniques. **Behavioral Profile** * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Strong problem-solving ability; * Clear and objective communication; * Leadership and people development orientation; * Ethical, professional demeanor with a focus on quality. **What We Expect as Deliverables** * Organized, productive, and well-guided technical teams; * Standardized processes under continuous improvement; * Construction projects and installations delivered with quality and without rework; * Well-maintained and controlled fleet and tools; * An organized and functional work environment.
