**Job Description:**

Support the achievement of departmental goals and KPIs; Assist in equipment removal from customers; Perform work at heights, correctly using PPE and collective protection equipment (CPE); Carry out electrical installations and support network infrastructure activities; Install, test, and maintain cables, hardware, active and passive components in FTTX networks; Support data center installation and maintenance; Support construction, repair, and maintenance of fiber optic networks; Support assembly and maintenance of CEO, CTO, and DIO; Remove decommissioned cables from the network; Perform cable pulling, tree pruning, and structural adaptation; Assist in fiber splicing, cable preparation, fiber alignment, and optical enclosures; Handle fiber optic cable breaks; Support customer activation and maintenance; Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment; Work on an on-call basis when required; Operate company vehicles with care and responsibility; Control and support material and equipment movement, registration, and inventory; Serve internal and external customers, complying with safety standards, compliance requirements, and the Code of Ethics; Conduct business travel and other related activities.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Completed elementary education;
No experience required;
Driver's license category B;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
**Desirable Requirements:**

Fundamental understanding of fiber optic network infrastructure and topology;
NR10 and NR35 certifications (or willingness to obtain them).
