Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for customer service, cash handling operations, cash control, financial security, and report preparation, with a focus on maintaining the work environment. Organized and safe work environment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Customer service: Greet customers, clarify doubts, and provide information about products and services. Cash handling operations: Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment methods. Cash control: Verify and organize cash at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring cash accuracy. Change fund: Maintain an appropriate change fund and exchange banknotes and coins as needed. Security: Follow security procedures for cash handling and loss prevention. Reporting: Prepare daily sales and financial movement reports. Problem resolution: Address cash discrepancies and resolve payment issues with customers.
