Your focus will be ensuring that client launches occur without errors and that everything functions perfectly from day one. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Technical configuration and system validation according to structured processes; * Auditing data entered by clients to mitigate common errors; * Managing and activating telephone service channels; * Executing rigorous pre-launch checklists; * Conducting functional tests on forms, websites, and communication systems; * Ensuring operational integrity of the project prior to final delivery to the client. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Technical or Bachelor’s degree; * Impeccable organization and attention to detail; * Proactive mindset and ability to follow established processes; * High level of commitment to deadlines and deliverables. **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):** * Completed Technical or Bachelor’s degree; * Proficiency with digital tools and systems; * Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in this role.
