We seek an **Internal Auditor** with expertise in **Internal Controls** to join our team. Here, you will have space to learn, grow, and actively contribute ideas and improvements. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct internal audits focused on evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risks, and compliance with policies, regulations, and internal procedures. * Map processes, identify risks, and propose improvements to internal controls to strengthen corporate governance. * Assess adherence to regulatory requirements, internal standards, and market best practices. * Prepare working papers, audit reports, and executive presentations with clear conclusions and objective recommendations. * Monitor action plans arising from conducted audits, tracking deadlines and effectiveness of corrective measures. * Act in a consultative capacity with business areas, supporting the dissemination of internal control and risk management culture. * Interact with related departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in Internal Audit and Internal Controls. * Knowledge of internal control frameworks. * Critical analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all hierarchical levels. * Knowledge of process mapping and risk assessment. **Additional Information** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience conducting audits in structured corporate environments. * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Protheus). * Certifications or courses in Auditing or Internal Controls. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Ethics, impartiality, and critical thinking. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent demands. * Analytical profile oriented toward continuous improvement. **HOW ABOUT WORKING FOR A COMPANY SERVING TOMORROW’S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
