Job Summary: This position will assist in logistics operations including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping, maintaining organization and optimizing inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in receiving, storage, and shipping operations. 2. Participate in inventory maintenance and organization. 3. Focus on optimizing logistics operations. ### **Job Mission** Assist in receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping of goods in accordance with operational standards and procedures, participating in inventory maintenance and organization, stocktaking, and initiatives to improve and optimize logistics operations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Pick goods listed in sales orders, verifying item codes, quantities, and descriptions; * Verify picked orders to ensure each item matches the order description; * Assist in receiving, inspection, and labeling of goods received from suppliers; * Assist in system-based receiving processes, following operational standards and procedures; * Store received products according to storage standards, organize products, and optimize space; * Participate in inventory processes, including preparation, organization, counting, and verification of discrepancies; * Prepare customer orders for shipment via freight carriers, coordinating and scheduling pickups; * Deliver orders to customers present at the store; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization. ### **Basic Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in logistics-related tasks. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in basic logistics tasks; * Experience in processing invoices.
