**Responsibilities and Duties**

* Support the development, validation, and implementation of collection strategies, such as segmentation and recovery policies.
* Identify opportunities to enhance collection results through data analysis.
* Evaluate the performance of collection actions, discount policies, and debt negotiation practices to propose new strategies.
* Drive strategic guidelines focused on portfolio efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness.
* Conduct integrated analyses incorporating quantitative, macroeconomic, regulatory, and risk factors to anticipate trends and impacts.
* Lead strategic projects, ensuring planning, execution, and control of study implementation.
* Assess strategy impact using indicators such as delinquency rate, discounts, recovery rate, financial return, and other KPIs.
* Prepare executive reports and strategic recommendations to support leadership decisions.
* Represent the area technically in internal forums and committees, presenting results and innovation opportunities.
* Promote cross-functional integration among business areas such as credit, risk, CRM, technology, and finance.
* Monitor market trends, technological innovations, and regulatory changes, incorporating these elements into strategies.
* Support the diagnosis, projection, and definition of the PDD budget.
**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields.
* Knowledge of credit risk management and financial products.
* Solid understanding of collection KPIs.
* Experience in defining segmented policies and/or credit recovery strategies.
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in strategic analysis, analytics, business intelligence, or planning within credit and collections.
* Experience in strategic projects and interaction with executive departments.
* Ability to communicate clearly when engaging with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
* Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistical techniques, and large-scale data analysis.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Proficiency in at least one programming language (SQL, Python, R, etc.).
* Familiarity with risk indicators, macroeconomic scenarios, and regulatory frameworks.

**Differentiators**
