Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance on low-voltage (127V/220V) electrical systems, equipment, and low-complexity building civil maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience in electrical, hydraulic, civil, and light carpentry maintenance. 2. Experience in building and equipment maintenance. 3. Proactivity, organization, and teamwork are required. **OPEN POSITION – MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **Job Responsibilities:** The professional will be responsible for performing **corrective and preventive maintenance** on low-voltage (127V/220V) electrical systems, including: * Fault diagnosis; * Replacement and repair of lighting fixtures; * Replacement of protective devices (circuit breakers); * Adjustment and installation of power outlets, switches, and electro-electronic components. They will also perform maintenance on **household and refrigerated equipment**, through inspections, technical cleaning, and minor adjustments to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, they will carry out **low-complexity building civil maintenance**, including: * Repairs to floors and ceiling structures; * Light masonry work; * Replacement of pipes and hydraulic tubing; * **Basic carpentry**, involving simple furniture repairs. They will be responsible for the **systematic recording of data** in spreadsheets and maintenance management systems. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in maintenance; * Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems; * Ability to perform diverse repairs (electrical, hydraulic, civil, and light carpentry). **Mandatory Training:** * **NR-10** – Safety in Electrical Installations and Services; * **NR-35** – Work at Heights. **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and agility; * Organization and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Commitment to safety and sound maintenance practices. **Location: Porto Alegre** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM** **Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)** **Salary: R$1.900** **Benefits: Attendance bonus, on-site meals, life insurance** Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.900.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Company vehicle Experience: * Maintenance (Preferred)
