Inspect service quality and safety **JOB: Installation Supervisor – Residential Construction Projects** **Location:** Novo Hamburgo/RS **Employment Type:** [CLT or PJ] **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM MC3 is hiring an **Installation Supervisor** with proven experience in **residential construction projects**. The professional will be responsible for coordinating and executing electrical, hydraulic, gas, PEX, and fire suppression system installations, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and service quality. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the on-site installation team * Ensure execution in accordance with technical drawings * Request materials and monitor installation stages * Inspect the quality and safety of completed services * Material takeoff * Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an installation supervisor or team leader on residential construction projects * Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, gas, PEX, and fire suppression system installations * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Organizational skills, accountability, and strong interpersonal communication * **Residence in Novo Hamburgo or surrounding area (mandatory)** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical diploma in building construction, electrical engineering, or hydraulics * Experience reading construction schedules and daily logs * Knowledge of quality assurance processes * Experience completing FVS/FDV forms Job Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in Novo Hamburgo or the surrounding area?
