Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on masonry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing structures, in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Perform masonry and infrastructure maintenance and repairs. 2. Diagnose failures and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Commitment to safety and quality. **Responsibilities:** * Perform maintenance and repairs on masonry structures, keeping them in perfect condition; * Build and repair walls, partitions, floors, foundations, and concrete bases for machine anchoring; * Lay floors and tiles, and perform finishing works; * Unclog pipes, sanitary fixtures, and perform maintenance on plumbing systems; * Maintain and repair roofs and gutters; * Maintain and repair installations and infrastructure using appropriate tools; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on various structures; * Diagnose failures through data analysis and detailed testing; * Replace components and perform repairs based on technical manuals; * Follow Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards and procedures through regular training; * Provide technical support to resolve issues in installations and systems; * Document performed activities using appropriate management systems. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in installation and infrastructure maintenance; * Knowledge of masonry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing repairs; * Ability to diagnose failures and perform preventive and corrective maintenance; * Commitment to safety and quality, adhering to applicable standards and procedures. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that enhance the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
