Job Summary: A professional responsible for operational planning, team coordination, and supervision of goods receipt, picking, and quality control processes. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and delivery speed Perform operational planning activities, including record keeping, calculations, controls, verifications, and guiding small-group work to accelerate processes within their area of responsibility; . Report department operations to their supervisor; . Supervise goods receipt, monitoring cargo receipt with carriers to ensure activity planning; . Monitor order picking, verification, and packaging processes, coordinating the team to meet demand requirements and ensuring team work quality and speed; . Control the receipt of invoices (orders) to accelerate picking, verification, and on-time delivery fulfillment; . Supervise goods withdrawal from inventory by analyzing reports, verifying replenishment of the picking line, and ensuring a picking process with minimal stockouts or anomalies; .
