Description
**Responsibilities/Activities:**
* Perform low-complexity tasks under supervision, identifying opportunities for process improvement;
* Carry out maintenance, repairs, and adjustments of tools, fixtures, gauges, and dies using wire-cutting and electro-erosion machines, ensuring proper functioning of mechanisms;
* Operate electro-erosion and wire electro-erosion machines, controlling the adjustment of dial indicators, squares, and scribers, inspecting work results before removing parts and electrodes from the machine;
* Examine completed work results by comparing them against specifications and using measuring instruments to verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances;
* Record data for production control of the process in which one is involved, ensuring necessary information for area performance indicators.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical course in Toolmaking;
* Experience in the role;
