Join the New Line – Security Technology team today!** **Operations Coordinator – Technical Area | Porto Alegre** **Job Description** **New Line Security Technology** is seeking an **Operations Coordinator – Technical Area** to work at our **Porto Alegre (RS) branch**. This professional will be responsible for coordinating the technical team’s operational activities, ensuring efficient execution of installation, maintenance, and customer support services, while guaranteeing compliance with the company’s quality standards, deadlines, and procedures. We seek a candidate with leadership qualities, strong organizational skills, and operational insight—capable of supporting the technical team, optimizing processes, and contributing to operational performance and growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate technical operations for **installation and preventive/corrective maintenance**; * Support and guide the technical team in executing **service orders (SO)**; * Monitor operational KPIs such as **productivity, SLA, and service quality**; * Ensure compliance with the company’s **operational procedures and standards**; * Manage the technical team’s **operational and logistical routines**; * Monitor technicians’ performance and support team development; * Contribute to the **continuous improvement of operational processes**; * Serve as the liaison between **technical, commercial, and administrative departments**. **Requirements** * Technical or higher education degree in related fields (Electronics, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, or similar); * Experience in **coordinating or supervising technical teams**; * Experience with **installation and maintenance of electronic security systems** (CCTV, alarms, access control, or similar); * Knowledge of service order management and operational routines; * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. **Additional Information** Work location: **Porto Alegre – RS** Employment type: **CLT**
