Job Summary: Documentation Analyst (Logistics) to work at a freight forwarding company, responsible for issuing and verifying documents and supporting cargo release. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of ERP systems and Office Suite We are seeking a Documentation Analyst (Logistics) to join a freight forwarding company headquartered in Porto Alegre/RS. Employment is under CLT terms with a monthly salary of R$ 3\.817,25 \+ benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:30\. **Responsibilities:** * Issue CRT, CTE, MIC, MDFe; * Generate and verify CIOTs; * Verify documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Invoice, DU\-E, and Certificate of Origin); * Provide documentary support at the border, assisting in cargo release. **Requirements:** * Completed high school or technical education in logistics/administration or related fields (preferably pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree); * Experience in International Transportation, including issuance of CRT, MIC, MDF, and other relevant documents; * Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite; * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Advantage: Experience issuing CTe. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Meal Voucher (VR); * Health Insurance; * Attendance Bonus; * Food Allowance.
