Job Summary: We are seeking an attentive, organized, and committed CNC Operator to manufacture furniture/wooden products, overseeing the production process. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in organizing the department and maintaining equipment **We are looking for an attentive, organized, and committed professional to work as a CNC Operator, contributing to the quality and efficiency of the production process.** **Client/Company Sector:** Industrial sector, furniture/wooden product manufacturing **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare, adjust, and operate CNC machines to produce wooden parts. Monitor operational parameters and quality of produced parts. Perform production process follow-up and documentation. Identify and control production flow. Carry out basic adjustments and monitor machine operation. Assist in organizing the department and maintaining equipment. **Requirements:** Experience or knowledge in CNC operation. Easy access to the Niterói/Canoas Industrial District. Availability to work overtime. **Compensation and Benefits:** **Salary:** To be discussed based on experience. **Transportation allowance:** BRL 303.52, tax-free. **On-site meal:** Fixed daily deduction of BRL 3.60. **Unimed health and dental plan.** **Attendance bonus:** BRL 62.00\. **Punctuality bonus:** BRL 125.00\. **Birthday bonus:** BRL 100.00\. **Referral bonus for talent acquisition.** **Productivity award.** **Employment type:** Permanent CLT contract. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM\. **Location:** On-site – Niterói, Canoas/RS.
