Persuasive, negotiating, ambitious, and proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset This position is open to commercial professionals with a minimum of 1 year of experience. **Responsibilities:** * Commercial negotiations focused on deal closure, margin, and volume; * Active prospecting of customers, strategic partnerships, and opportunities generating recurring revenue; * Monitoring of the sales funnel, daily targets, and conversion rates; * Immediate action when performance falls short; * Reactivation of customers and portfolio expansion (upsell and repeat purchase). **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * \* Persuasive and negotiating profile; * \* Ambitious and proactive; * \* Results-oriented; * \* Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. **Working Hours:** From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Availability to arrive earlier or stay until 8:00 PM, as required by the evaluation schedule.
