BRQA Analyst (Scheduling)

Job Summary: This BRQA Analyst will be responsible for customer service and retention, contract receipt, and scheduling of services. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and retention 2. Organization and proactivity with a willingness to learn As a BRQA Analyst at RBT, you will be responsible for: * Conducting customer service activities aimed at customer retention; * Receiving contracts; * Scheduling installation and maintenance activities for internet services. **Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekend work (Saturdays and Sundays) is required on a rotating schedule.** Requirements: Completed high school education; Ability to work effectively in a team; Clear communication skills; Enjoy interacting with people; Be organized, proactive, and willing to learn; Reside in Gramado/RS or nearby areas — easy access to the company’s location is essential; Preferred Qualifications: General customer service experience and experience in quality assurance; knowledge of MS Excel.
