Assists in research and development of new products and improvement of existing ones. Conducts tests for product development and for approval of raw material batches. Records test results in dedicated spreadsheets. Analyzes final product quality. Monitors and performs baking tests. Keeps the work area clean and organized. Complies with company procedures, internal standards, and safety regulations.
