ONWARD TO 2154! **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking an SAP BASIS Analyst to join our Infrastructure team, supporting the maintenance of a large-scale SAP environment. This role will directly handle day-to-day operations, ensuring system availability, stability, and performance, while gradually engaging in more complex tasks—with emphasis on learning and technical development. * Monitor SAP environment health using transactions such as SM50, SM66, SM21, and RZ20, identifying and reporting performance deviations; * Perform user administration via SU01 and SU10, including user creation, access maintenance, profile assignment, and password reset support; * Support cross-environment transport management (DEV, QA, PRD), reviewing logs (SE09/SE10\) and assisting in resolving inconsistencies; * Monitor and support background jobs (SM36/SM37\), analyzing failures and reprocessing as needed; * Handle BASIS service tickets (L1/L2 level\), ensuring SLA compliance and proper routing/escalation; * Support application of patches and security fixes in coordination with infrastructure teams (operating systems, databases, networks); * Support technical documentation and updating of operational procedures; * Participate in incident analysis, contributing to root cause identification and improved environment stability; * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and SAP system optimization; * Engage with SAP ecosystem solutions such as BTP, Integration Suite, DRC, and ALM, with a focus on technical development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in SAP BASIS or technical support related to SAP environments; * Basic knowledge of SAP architecture (ABAP stack, work processes, landscape); * Familiarity with transport management (STMS) and user administration; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility in executing processes;
