Focus on health, safety, and equipment reliability **Main Requirements** * Completed technical education (Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics) – proof required upon registration; * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Engineering) – proof required upon registration; * Maintenance Management specialization (or related field) is desirable. * English language proficiency is desirable (TOEIC >655 points). * Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance within the metal-mechanical sector; * Skills in strategic and tactical planning; * Dynamism and ability to lead a team. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead actions that prioritize occupational health and safety; * Coordinate maintenance teams to optimize resource utilization and ensure machine availability for the production area; * Enhance equipment reliability and process capability through planned maintenance techniques; * Manage personnel and materials, including preparation and adherence to the departmental budget; * Identify and lead, together with the team, activities to eliminate losses in the maintenance process, while promoting Lean culture practices.
