




Job Summary: Internship to support training and engineering departments, performing administrative tasks and documentation support, with emphasis on proactivity and willingness to learn. Administrative support and documentation control Requirements: * Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Ability to work effectively in teams and learn new tools; * Proactivity, organization, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities: * Support the training department (scheduling, proposals, billing); * Support communication between Cummins factory and employees (access creation/deactivation, questions regarding portals and available materials); * Support engineering KPIs (Clockify, proposals, projects, Planned vs. Actual); * Administrative support; * Support documentation control and issuance (ART, technical reports, certificates).
