




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Sales or Business Administration, Marketing, and/or Communications; * Experience in management; * Sales techniques; * Production process; * Logistics process; * Commercial and customer service; * Sales and product promotion; * Knowledge of the SPIN selling methodology. * Lead the sales team and support the management of assigned customer accounts, promoting, negotiating, and selling products as needed, in alignment with established strategies and annual business plan targets; provide input for production, sales, and business feasibility/sustainability analyses; * Support maintenance and servicing of the customer portfolio under your responsibility by conducting studies, guiding scheduling, and carrying out visits, proposals, and quotations; * Develop commercial proposals within your scope of responsibility, according to identified needs; * Drive local prospecting of potential customers, identifying business opportunities, maintaining contacts, and presenting the company and its products to foster customer loyalty and expand the account base; * Propose and/or participate in developing projects for new and/or existing accounts, managing all stages—from prospecting and quotation through negotiation, sample dispatch, and deal closure—within your authority, or managing processes to reach decisions at higher levels of authority; * Monitor the profitability of accounts under your management, ensuring achievement of expected financial results per business/concrete plant; * Ensure sustainable negotiations and long-term relationships, while contributing to building a positive corporate image among customers, in line with established service objectives and those of your direct supervisors; * Collaborate with other regional offices to resolve local demands and share best practices; * Manage customer service across all available channels and stay informed about relevant conditions and negotiations—including delivery dates, volumes, pricing, etc.; * Monitor competitor activities and market trends, flagging opportunities and risks in accordance with compliance standards; * Participate in commercial planning, contributing to setting and tracking targets, defining marketing actions/plans, and overseeing the annual budget; * Prepare managerial reports; * Support maintaining the 5S system within your area of responsibility, as well as adherence to environmental and occupational health and safety policies and regulations; * Safeguard equipment under your responsibility and maintain a safe and orderly workplace.
