In addition, the Activation Team also configures equipment and schedules these visits with customers. **This and other job openings are available for Persons with Disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in customer installations; * Assist in maintenance of already-installed equipment at customer locations; * Perform equipment installation and configuration procedures; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Safeguard company assets; * Use network measurement tools; * Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Use company software; * Answer telephone calls; * Contact customers by telephone; * Drive company vehicles; * Clean and maintain an organized work environment; * Ensure customer satisfaction. * Fill out the service execution application; * Execute network documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Teamwork; Flexibility and adaptability to business, people, and processes; Efficiency in tasks and courtesy toward customers; Sense of urgency and innovation. **Education:** Completed high school; Technical course in a related field is desirable. **Requirement:** Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
