




Job Summary: Work in the Prototypes and Samples department, performing cuts on leather, linings, and fabrics using a cutting machine, analyzing optimal material utilization, and contributing to target achievement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cutting leather, linings, and fabrics using a cutting machine. 2. Analyzing material utilization to support target achievement. 3. Organizing and controlling the cutting of components for footwear manufacturing. Work in the Prototypes and Samples department, performing cuts on leather, linings, and fabrics using a cutting machine, importing CAD data, analyzing optimal material utilization to support target achievement, and performing other related and inherent duties. 1\. Organize component cutting for footwear manufacturing by comparing raw materials against production order specifications, identifying material types (leather and/or synthetic), verifying component uniformity, and determining the optimal cutting position. 2\. Assess the correct grain direction of leather to be cut, inspect and properly position it on the cutting table to maximize material utilization. 3\. Select blades or adjust cutting machines (swing beam) for component cutting. 4\. Cut materials such as leather and synthetics using tools including blades, scalpels, or appropriate cutting machines. 5\. Verify the quantity of cut components and sort them into boxes according to production orders. 6\. Comply with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. 7\. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of machines and materials in the area. 8\. Participate in internal training programs to enhance knowledge relevant to the assigned department. 9\. Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence rules. Perform other professional duties related to and inherent in the position, as directed by supervisors.
