Your Daily Responsibilities: * Develop and manage maintenance indicators such as MTTR, MTBF, maintenance interruption index, and technical availability; * Manage triggers and participate in failure resolution meetings (RCA) to identify root causes and develop action plans; * Prepare and manage departmental reports and indicators; * Support the technical team in specifying parts based on manuals, datasheets, and other materials provided by manufacturers; * Propose improvements to increase asset reliability and reduce costs; * Support continuous improvement projects and technical standardization, among others. Requirements: * Completed Technical Course in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. * Experience in the industrial maintenance sector Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. \#Envases values diversity and inclusion; all positions are open to persons with disabilities (PCD).
