Prospect international clients and conduct negotiations **Job Mission:** Lead the company's international expansion by developing external markets, prospecting international clients and strategic partners, and ensuring excellence in commercial and export processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement internationalization strategies, including market research, prospecting for representatives, and participating in strategic trade fairs and events. * Prospect international clients, conduct negotiations, manage the sales pipeline, perform follow-ups, and provide support to partners and representatives. * Update CRM and ERP systems, generate reports and manage KPIs, and implement action plans. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in International Trade). * Minimum of 2 years in similar positions. * Advanced English. * Advanced Spanish. * Driver's license category B. * Valid passport. * Willingness to travel. **Salary:** To be negotiated **Employment Type:** PJ or CLT (with benefits) **Work Mode:** On-site, Monday to Friday Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: B Willingness to Travel
