




Job Summary: Act proactively by providing support to Project Managers in negotiations, scheduling, documentation, audits, and project updates. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and customer service Act proactively by providing necessary support to Project Managers regarding negotiations, scheduling, documentation, audits, and updates for ongoing projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Create initial project records in the CIGAM system and MIC folder structures. 2\. Coordinate and align scheduling between Project Managers and technical teams. 3\. Update and negotiate scheduling among Project Managers, technical teams, and clients. 4\. Plan scheduled project activities within the CIGAM system according to guidelines defined by Project Managers. 5\. Represent Project Managers in client communications for projects and forward required requests. 6\. Manage project schedules and pending items during Project Managers’ vacations. 7\. Audit and validate technical team records. 8\. Audit service reports and record project management hours for the period. 9\. Document decisions made during team work meetings in official minutes. 10\. Record activities performed by third-party resources in the CIGAM system. 11\. Receive quotations approved by the commercial team and assist in organizing service delivery. 12\. Support Project Managers in negotiations and tracking deadlines for customizations. 13\. Maintain and update MIC’s project pending items and document lists. 14\. Verify travel expense reports submitted by project team members. 15\. Provide support to the project team. 16\. Promote a positive organizational climate aligned with company culture and current policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** EDUCATION MINIMUM: Completed high school / technical course PREFERRED: Undergraduate studies in progress FIELD OF STUDY: Administration / Production / Management / Business / Information Technology KNOWLEDGE 1\. Conceptual knowledge of the CIGAM ERP; 2\. Knowledge of project management techniques (preferred); 3\. Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese; 4\. Familiarity with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Internet, Outlook); 5\. Prior experience with management software or IT companies (preferred); 6\. Customer service experience (preferred); 7\.
