Local industry located in the Boqueirão neighborhood is hiring for immediate start: **HR/HR ASSISTANT** *Responsibilities:* * Conduct onboarding processes for new employees, including document collection, system registration, and integration; * Administer benefits for new employees, such as transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, and food allowances—handling enrollments, cancellations, and adjustments; * Develop and update employee records in internal systems; * Issue and send mandatory documents, including pay slips, declarations, employment contracts, notices, and agreements; * Support the management of medical certificates, vacation requests, leaves of absence, and other types of employee absences; * Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee files and personnel records; * Provide support to employees regarding payroll, benefits, vacation, and labor-related matters; * Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documents and information; * Monitor changes in labor legislation and company policies to ensure process compliance; * Manage and distribute uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) to new employees. *Requirements:* * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Easy access to the Boqueirão neighborhood; * Proficiency in Senior system; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Prior experience in this role, preferably within the industrial sector. *The company offers:* * Competitive salary aligned with the position; * Meal allowance of BRL 880.00 per month; * Daily food allowance of BRL 40.50 per working day; * Transportation voucher; * Health and dental plans (with co-payment); * Profit-sharing program; * Life insurance; * Childcare assistance for dependents up to five years of age.
