Support the sales team, conduct customer prospecting, handle telephone inquiries, send catalogs via WhatsApp, and enter orders; Identify, test, and explore potential customer prospecting channels; Identify, test, and explore different customer prospecting approaches; Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs; organize and qualify the CRM; Monitor and test new customer follow-up processes. **Requirements:** Requirements: Experience with outbound calls, such as telesales or general telemarketing. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Inbound Marketing, CRM, Excel and Google Sheets, SEO, SEM, Social Media, and sales techniques. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work schedule: 6 hours per day with flexible timing if necessary. High likelihood of conversion to full-time employment and career growth. Shift options: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM or 9:00 AM–3:00 PM – 15-minute lunch break. **Benefits:** Salary of R$ 900.00\.
