In this role, you can make a difference through the following activities: Design workshop lesson plans aligned with the Social Center’s reference documents; Conduct workshops, facilitating knowledge construction while supporting learners’ development, social inclusion, community development, and socio\-occupational adaptation, using appropriate languages, media, and technologies consistent with the pedagogical framework of the project; Investigate and reflect on your educational practices, keeping abreast of trends in education and social assistance to generate innovative knowledge and pedagogical practices within your field of work, in alignment with institutional guidelines. **Requirements** -------------- At the Marist community, we seek individuals who believe in education’s transformative power.
