Job Summary: Responsible for planning, analyzing, and technically monitoring project activities, controlling budgets and schedules, ensuring execution in accordance with the plan. Key Highlights: 1. Technical analysis of proposals and decision-making Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, analyzing, and technically monitoring project or construction activities, conducting feasibility studies, quantity surveying and analysis, preparation and control of budgets and schedules. Coordinates project integration, performs technical analysis of proposals, cost and measurement control, prepares management reports, and supports decision-making. Also monitors adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and technical requirements, ensuring that all phases are executed as per the established plan. Working Hours: To be agreed upon Requirements: Strong communication skills and experience as an engineering analyst or in a related field are required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Project is essential. Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). Completed undergraduate degree.
