Job Summary: Responsible for performing support and analytical activities in controller functions, consolidating financial and operational data to provide accurate management information. Support for expense, sales, inventory, and margin management **JOB MISSION** Responsible for performing support and analytical activities in controller processes, including gathering, organizing, and consolidating financial and operational data, supporting the preparation of management reports, forecasts, provisions, and reclassifications, aiming to deliver accurate information for managing company expenses, sales, inventory, and margins. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare, update, and maintain management reports on expenses, sales, margins, and inventory, ensuring data accuracy and standardization. * Conduct financial analyses and projections to support management decisions, considering historical data, trends, and relevant variances. * Execute expense provisions and reclassifications according to departmental guidelines and policies. * Monitor and analyze Matrix Expense Management indicators across stores, identifying deviations and opportunities. * Register and maintain purchase order approvers in the system, following internal workflows. * Support audits and inventories by performing inventory reconciliations and validating information. * Perform sales, rebates, margin, and marketplace take-rate reconciliations and analyses. * Participate in specific projects, such as average cost calculation and process adjustments, contributing data and analyses. **BASIC REQUIREMENTS** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in financial, accounting, or controller routines is a plus. * Desired: 1–2 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or financial areas. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS \& KNOWLEDGE** * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills. * Entry-level analyses, provisions, reconciliations, and basic controls over expenses and revenues.
