Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight, if required, are necessary. Work Schedule: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18 * 5x2: For candidates residing in the project city or with easy access. * Availability for a 21x2 schedule – for candidates residing in cities farther from the project sites but still within Rio Grande do Sul. * 90x10: For candidates residing in other states. Desired Profile: Must reside in Carlos Barbosa, Bento Gonçalves, Gramado, Erechim, Canela, or be willing to work in these regions. Completed elementary education; Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight are required. Experience in civil construction activities (any role within the field). Will work on civil, electromechanical, and electrical construction projects, including de-energized transmission lines or near energized areas (work exclusively on the ground). Assistance to engineers, technicians, supervisors, foremen, masons, carpenters, rebar workers, welders, surveyors, assemblers, electricians, and heavy equipment operators.
