RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct data analysis focused on commercial performance, identifying improvement opportunities in sales, conversion, prospecting, and revenue metrics. * Develop, monitor, and update strategic dashboards and reports for senior management and the commercial team (Power BI, Excel, BI tools). * Extract data from databases and CRM systems (e.g., SQL, Salesforce, HubSpot, RD Station). * Propose strategic insights and recommendations for sales growth and commercial team performance optimization. * Structure documentation and track indicator evolution, ensuring data consistency. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience with **data analysis applied to commercial functions** (sales, CRM, performance, commercial metrics). * Advanced proficiency in **Excel/Google Sheets** (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas). * Knowledge of **SQL** for data extraction and manipulation. * Experience with **CRM data** (Salesforce, HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive, or similar). * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills. * Ability to present analyses and insights to commercial teams and senior management.
