This position is for our procurement team, handling negotiation, generation, and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring organization and control throughout the entire procurement cycle. In addition, the person in this role will also perform analytical tasks—building and updating dashboards and management reports in Power BI—to generate insights that support decision-making, cost optimization, and continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to procurement requests by analyzing and understanding the client area’s needs; * Conduct commercial negotiations, evaluating the best cost-benefit ratio (price, delivery time, and quality), aligned with budget availability; * Generate purchase orders for materials and contracted services; * Monitor the progress of purchase orders, from request submission through payment; * Analyze procurement data, tracking acquisition volumes, spending categories, SLAs, demand flow, and operational KPIs; * Build and update dashboards and management reports in Power BI to support decision-making; * Map and propose improvements to procurement workflows and processes based on data and KPIs; * Generate strategic insights from data to contribute to cost optimization and productivity gains within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Negotiation skills; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Intermediate-level Excel skills; * SQL knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** * We offer Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, and Transportation Voucher; * We care about your health!
