Work in the Production Planning and Control (PCP) area, supporting internal and external production planning and scheduling, assisting in defining priorities, and monitoring adherence to deadlines according to commercial and strategic directives, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. 1\. Schedule internal and external production card batches for the factory, based on received production demands, observing routing and service registration as per guidance from the PCP Planning and Control Directorate and Management. 2\. Support urgency definition and formally notify production departments, indicating production orders requiring priority execution, in compliance with directives received from the Commercial Department, aiming to meet customer requirements within the established deadline. 3\. Analyze demand quantities, model variations, and each department’s participation level, reporting findings to Management to enable efficiency across all departments involved in the production flow. 4\. Assist production in adjusting system “routings” when necessary, to allow smooth goods receipt and inventory entry processes. 5\. Monitor issuance of “receipts” from third parties, tracking product receipts and entries into our distribution center (CD). 6\. Develop schedules and monitor adherence to delivery deadlines for raw materials and supplies, coordinating with the Purchasing Department and Warehouse, ensuring fulfillment of scheduled production and customer delivery timelines. 7\. Daily monitor production progress, tracking completed programs and those delayed, identifying root causes and estimated completion dates, and informing the Commercial Department of any issues or anomalies that may jeopardize deadlines or the defined schedule. 8\. Analyze models sold at trade fairs by consulting the “sales ranking” report to identify which references already have “scale”, thereby enabling their inclusion in new production planning. 9\. Monitor the “Model Scaling” process, informing the Modeling Department of priority lists and target completion dates according to production needs and the Model Scaling spreadsheet, thus maintaining continuity in the production cycle. 10\. Monitor all production tests to ensure rapid production flow, thereby releasing blade production for models into full-scale production. 11\. Analyze models sold at trade fairs by consulting the “sales ranking” report to identify which references already have “scale”, thereby enabling their inclusion in new production planning. 12\. Issue and send individual box labels and collective box labels to third parties, according to production scheduling, to support identification, organization, release to Shipping, and subsequent dispatch of orders to Headquarters. 13\. Register and release Internal Material Requisitions (RI’s) via the electronic system to make them available again for production use. 14\. Track Non-Conformance Reports (RNC) using an electronic spreadsheet to identify associated problems, responsible departments, and quantities of non-conformities (reworks).
