




Description: * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, publishing, and scheduled updates); * Knowledge of Excel/Power Query (data processing, Pivot Tables, basic M language); * Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM), SAP, and Power Automate; * Desired: SQL (joins, aggregations, filters, understanding of performance and data cleansing), Python for automation/analysis, Git/GitHub. * Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards for Marketing, Market Intelligence, and Pricing; * Integrate data from SAP, BI, CRM, and spreadsheets using Power Query/Excel and SQL, applying proper data modeling and clearly documenting sources and transformations; * Automate recurring tasks (refreshes, report distribution, notifications) to reduce manual work and errors; * Monitor CRM adoption and data completeness (mandatory fields, pipeline updates), generating weekly reports for managers and sales representatives; * Identify accounts for reactivation (customers who previously purchased but stopped, by product family/segment/region) and provide actionable lists to the sales team; * Produce segmentations for tactical campaigns (e.g., packages, priority regions), including lead/target account lists; * Support the Pricing team with margin, discount, and exception analyses (distribution by manager/customer/product line); * Assist in mapping requirements for data lake improvements. 2510290202531837021
