Knowledge of databases and SQL. **Desirable: Ongoing postgraduate studies** in Information Systems or related fields. Develop and maintain an updated activity schedule, conduct progress meetings, and produce status reports to identify and resolve issues, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions in area-related systems projects. Analyze and address client-area needs by proposing feasible system solutions, conducting technical and economic feasibility studies to assess costs, benefits, and impacts. Configure, optimize, and provide technical support for the sales force system (Mercanet), aligning it with company needs and processes, and delivering training to ensure efficient user adoption. Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems, facilitating communication with commercial partners. Provide technical and functional support to SoftExpert system users, resolving issues, implementing improvements, and participating in the development of new functionalities aligned with company needs. Design and develop Business Intelligence projects, either through external vendors or internally. Provide support and assistance to internal client areas.
